We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new activewear sooner.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

HAILAZ Activewear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier service.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on your location.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
